Can I only hand over my books to you at my year-end?

We can take over at any time. We will do an initial review and discuss it with you if there is any cleaning up or catching up required. If there are any historical issues, we will help you resolve them.

I currently do some of the record-keeping myself, can that continue?

Yes, we will discuss the scope of work before getting started to make sure it fits your needs. However, we provide expert bookkeeping and management accounts preparation to help ease our clients' workloads so they can spend more of their time growing their business instead.

 

SOFTWARE

 

Which software do you use?

Generally, we use Xero a cloud-based software solution used by 2 million small and medium businesses. We are an approved partner of Xero and can transfer your data seamlessly.

 

If you use another accounting software that you love, let us know and we will get you in contact with our specialists.

 

Why use Xero accounting software?

Xero helps to automate the bookkeeping process, reducing the time you need to be involved. It has a wide range of report templates that can be easily customized, so you can more easily manage your business. It can seamlessly integrate with over 800 apps, enabling you to further enhance the benefits of Xero. It can be accessed anywhere, anytime so you will always be in control. It’s not surprising that Xero has the most active users! 

Do I need to purchase software?

No. Whichever software you choose, we take care of the costs.

Do I need to come to your office? 

We do everything remotely as it enables us to be more efficient with our time and makes us digitally accessible to suit your needs. No matter where you are located - we'll make it work. We have clients all across the UK!

 

What are your hours of operations?

With our staff located globally, we have the advantage of having at least one of our staff available to answer your questions any time. We can guarantee you a response within 24 hours. 

 

Do I have to send you documents monthly?

All documents can be sent electronically.

How often will I be billed?


Generally, we work on a monthly subscription basis. Occasionally, we will work on a quarterly or annual basis, depending on your accounts.
